Yes, sort of...  the Facebook address with the 'duplicate' handle/namespace will resolves to a URL that has the name in it along with the FB code that is unique to your profile/fan page.  For example, if there were another Kavarna in Green Bay, the code at the end of the page would differ.

Getting a Facebook vanity URL, such as http://www.facebook.com/coca-cola, is all but impossible for all but the largest brands at this point.</description>
